The five rings of life is a program that I developed to help a person maintain a healthy mind and body.
I worked over 36 years in the Criminal Justice field and I have had friends ask me how do I deal with everything, meaning all the stress that comes with the job field and still have the energy to take care of my family, when things are not going well.
Here it is; this program is for all age groups, and it was designed to give you the freedom to work within your own lifestyle.

What are the Five Rings?
The Five Rings in Japan's philosophy: (Chi, Sui, Ka, Fu, Ku) in English: (Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, Void) and the In and Yo ( China's Yin and Yang).
This concept I applied to my every day lifestyle to see how it would influence my health, mind and body.
Example:
The Five Rings of Life Physical Fits and Healthy Eating
1. Chi-Earth, Taiso conditioning joints and muscle.
2. Sui- Water, Junan Taiso muscle flexibility.
3. Ka- Fire, Healthy Eating for Energy.
4. Fu- Wind, Breathing exercises to help the blood flow.
5. Ku- Void, Meditation, you are the key.
I created this to show you how this can bring the Mind and Body into harmony, giving you a healthy lifestyle. It’s up to you now to implement this information and start your journey, I’m here if you need me for guidance, but as always, please check with your doctor before starting any exercise.
