I would like to start off by thanking you for your interest in our special training. Learning how to utilize the elements as your defense and to overcome situations mentally and physically. Your classes are private in small groups, six students or less.

You should check with a doctor first before starting this journey. Not to say that every encounter will be physical, but we will approach the situation both physically and mentally.
